Medical marijuana has changed the dynamics of Pennsylvania DUI cases. “Illegal” marijuana is a Schedule 1 controlled substance. Medical marijuana is not “illegal.” There have been several recent court cases that are extremely important when dealing with motorists who have a medical marijuana card, and they are pulled over for DUI.
