Our client was pulled over because his third brake light was out. The police removed him from the car when they saw he had a medical marijuana card. The police then arrested our client for a felony DUI offense. After filing pretrial motions, the Judge ruled the prosecution did not prove our client was driving with illegal Schedule 1 marijuana in his system.

The result: after trial on the remaining DUI charge, our client was found not guilty.
